Description
These facilities are open venues where Celestials meet up with your friends or potentially find new ones. Their vibes are curated by the owners and these spaces exist as locations where anyone can gather, regardless of their background.
Citizen Affiliation
Most Public Hangouts exist as parks for people’s enjoyment. As such, Naturalists work hard to keep these greens clean and cultivate natural life in these urban environments. However, a few enigmatic Givers are also drawn to open Public Hangouts as a way to meet and interact with new people every day.
